What's the best way for me to select the right option?


You can either complete the "Contact Us" section and we'll be back in touch within 24 hours or you can call us on 09 972 0200 to discuss options.




Is it possible to get my appointment outside of work hours?


At this stage, we are available from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday, with the last appointment being at 5 pm or 5.30 pm depending on whether how long it's for.




What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?


Please call us to re-book another day/time. However, if you no longer require the service you've booked and have already paid, then we will issue a refund as long as you have provided at least 24 hours notice in writing to penny@interview.co.nz




How confidential are the one-on-one sessions?


Totally confidential. Any information shared between you and your Coach will never be shared with anyone outside of the Interview Skills team.




Can the one-on-one sessions be done via Skype?


Yes, absolutely. We also use an on-line video site called Appear.In that is free to use and only requires access to Google Chrome or Firefox. It can also be accessed via a mobile App and is extremely easy to use.




What's the benefit of paying to see someone rather than just reading books or going on-line?


The personalised, tailored service that we offer which is relevant to you, your skills/experience and your personality. We agree that there is heaps of information on the website on interview skills, CV review and career guidance, plus plenty of books to read on these subjects but it's all generic and not specific to you.




What are the fees / how much does it cost?


Our fees range in price and are outlined on each Service Page. Please contact us if you are looking to use more than one service so that we can provide a quotation.




How do I pay?


Payment should be made by direct credit payment to our bank account - 06 0115 0307950 00 and must be made prior to the session taking place. Just quote your name as the reference. We don't currently accept credit card payments.




Where is the coaching done?


The one-on-one coaching and CV review sessions are held at our office - Level 17, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland (see the Contact Us information for details) but if you are outside of Auckland, they can be done via Skype or a similar internet-based meeting room called Appear.In. It may be possible to hold the coaching off-site but we recommend meeting in our office to ensure maximum confidentiality and minimum distraction.




I'm a Graduate or School leaver with very little work experience, can you still help me?


Absolutely! You'd be surprised how much experience you have that can be used for answering interview questions and our CV review will help you display your information in the best possible way.
