- 03Payment should be made by direct credit payment to our bank account - 06 0115 0307950 00 and must be made prior to the session taking place. Just quote your name as the reference. We don't currently accept credit card payments.
- 04At this stage, we are available from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday, with the last appointment being at 5 pm or 5.30 pm depending on whether how long it's for.
- 05Please call us to re-book another day/time. However, if you no longer require the service you've booked and have already paid, then we will issue a refund
- 06Totally confidential. Any information shared between you and your Coach will never be shared with anyone outside of the Interview Skills team.

- 08Yes, absolutely. We also use an on-line video site called
- 09The personalised, tailored service that we offer which is relevant to you, your skills/experience and your personality. We agree that there is heaps of information on the website on interview skills, CV review and career guidance, plus plenty of books to read on these subjects but it's all generic and not specific to you.
- 10Absolutely! You'd be surprised how much experience you have that can be used for answering interview questions and our CV review will help you display your information in the best possible way.
